I wouldn’t say grand closing but I took one step forward and two back over the weekend.
I thought everything was ready for launch until I happened to run some much needed information.
I’ve got about five new things that I need to add to my list.
Not to mention I’m still having problems with something that I have no control over.
I’m open for business but I’m not 100% sure that I’m actually ready for business.
I’m going to get the majority of the things accomplished that I need to this week as well as this weekend (another weekend in front of a computer) but I finally understand why having capital can help out greatly.
Money could certainly help me move along by buying me time (literally).
There are professionals that can advise me so that I don’t have to spend my time researching EVERYTHING.
If I had the ability to continue working on my idea and not all of these details I would be much more productive (I hope).
Too bad “IF” really doesn’t mean to much.
I’ve got to play the hand that I’ve been dealt and continue to move forward, there is no point in making excuses for not being successful.
With that said, I didn’t do anything today!
There are only a handful of lawyers in Atlanta that specialize in the field that I’m launching my new service in.
This means that their prices are sky high.
The average seems to be about $200.00 per hour with a minimum of three hours.
All I can do is chalk it up to the cost of doing business but DAMN, $200.00 an hour?!?
Speaking with a lawyer is the last thing that I’ve got to mark off on my list of items that have got to be completed.
As of right now I’m 48 hours away from launching an idea for a service that I’ve been blessed with.
Making sure that everything is ready & as close to perfect as possible is starting to take some what of a toll on me.
I will be ready when I’m actually doing some of the work instead of just writing about getting ready to do the work.
I got my new I have no swag shirt printed out today thanks to the folks at Home Team Apparel.
The few people that I’ve shown the shirt to loved it.
I plan on wearing it all this weekend and of course I will take some pictures, maybe even some videos.
I’ve got all but one obstacle completed and I will be good to go for my new service.
It has been awhile since I’ve put any real pressure on myself do to my own complacency and I must admit that I like it.
I certainly like it a lot more than the alternative which i won’t name.
During this process I’ve created a new logo for my I have no swag shirts.
The one that I plan on getting tomorrow is going to be very arrogant but that is the point, to get attention and hopefully a sale or two.
My next shirt that I design will be more of the laid back & traditional me but this one, ARROGANT.
I’ve completed all of my computer work so the only thing that I have remaining is working on these two uRulax videos.
I really don’t feel like opening this video editing program but it has to be done, just not tonight!
With that said I’ve got a little bit of work to do on my other website so I will leave you with a web browser that I ran across that had a total of five toolbars on it.
The end user didn’t know how they got there and couldn’t get rid of them.
Right now he has the record for the most tool bars so he goes in my “how did you manage” category for the time being.
