All about me
I’ve said it before and I will say it again, I hate forwarded messages but I’ve got to admit that I sent one out on the new year.
My New Years forward is below:
Good morning folks, I know that it’s 4:07 am but I was sleep on the couch during New Years Eve so I couldn’t respond to all those “FWD: H…” messages that I received. Happy New Year but lets not forget it is just another day. I asked myself what “resolution” didn’t I get accomplished that i set out for last year? I’ve got a few how about you? There are valuable lessons in each resolution not completed, it’s up to me & u to not only identify why they weren’t completed but ensure they don’t happen again. If I have your number then odds are you’re trying to get more out of life than just the norm so lets CONTINUE & stay the path of creating a new path for others to follow. If this number is foreign to you then we probably met at some random place, numbers were exchanged and either A) I didn’t call or B) I did but I only called once. It was nice to have met you. - Dominiks’ “FWD:”
Just something to get the New Year started.

All about me
I’m pretty sure that I created a 2008 resolution list but as of right now I don’t feel like searching for it (even if it’s at my finger tips, literally).
I will sum up what I’m assuming my goals were last year with this statement: “make more money and read the Bible.”
I made moves to accomplish both of those and I have been putting plans in action to make sure that I hit those goals.
This year (more…)

All about me
I’m not that big of a club fan and I really hate smoke but I haven’t found too many places that don’t include one of those two things.
Luckily for me I was introduced to Play Date which is a spot for adults to go and play kids games.
Very cool and unique concept and I’ve enjoyed both of my visits.
If you have one if your city then I would suggest checking it out.

All about me
Another day and another round of layoffs being announced by Fortune 500 companies.
The company that I currently work for is in the news, again.
This time around the multimillion dollar executives have decided that to become more profitable that they’ve got to cut a few more thousand jobs.
Funny thing that I never hear about any of these executives doing is declining their multimillion dollar bonuses.
This post isn’t to harp on what is wrong with our economy or how indentured servants employees are treated.
This post is a reminder that life is too short to worry about something that we have no control over.
Whatever will happen will happen but in the end all we’ve got is our sanity and happiness.
