Automating the process.
During the process of gaining customers I’ve been asking myself how am I going to automate this process in order to provide a more efficient service.
Right now the only thing that I’ve come up with using the end users broadband connection in order to give me the ability to work from anywhere as long as they’ve got an internet connection.
If they don’t then no big deal, I will just have to make a trip out to their location.
I know that I’m being very vague right now but due to the fact that I’m keeping the majority of the details close to my chest, I really can’t say too much.
The reason that I’d like to automate the process is because I’m not trying to create another job for myself.
I want to create a business.
Automating the process will also give me the ability to hire people to do a simple (should be) task so that I’m able to do more work to continue to grow the business, hopefully helping me reach my end goal with this idea.
