Screw doing work for now because I’ve got a new toy to play around with.
I finally got my hands on the Palm Pre which is a cell phone that I’ve been wanting ever since I saw the first video at the Consumer Electronics Show over six months ago.
I probably should be working but right now I’m about to enjoy something that I purchased for myself as a reward for what has been a very challenging year.
With that said I’m about to go be a nerd for a little bit, I will probably have a review on the phone over the weekend.
P.S. What is the point of working if you can’t enjoy it?
Nine days have passed since I launched my service and I’ve yet to really do anything.
Not being able to seek legal advice on the business was a set back but nothing that should have kept me from pushing the product (it hasn’t).
The problem that I’m having right now is capital.
I thought I had it up until I had some unexpected expenses pop up that had to be taken care.
Not being able to push my service right now is a bit upsetting because this time of year would have been perfect to push the service.
All that I can do is move forward with the hand that was dealt to me and make sure that I generate some type of business before the month of August is over with.
These “snafus” have at least given me a little more time to think different aspects of my service and of course more ways to make the service better.
With that said I’m off to work.
