My body is suffering.
With all of the additional work that I’ve been doing lately plus the fact that my back still hurts my physique has began to suffer.
I don’t want to give you the impression that I’m fat, sloppy or severely out of shape but I’m no where near where I was when I was working out 3-4 times per week.
About two years ago I told myself that I was going to hold myself accountable by putting up progression shots of my body as I worked out.
I put up two sets of photos and have yet to even touch that subject.
No time like the present to start something that I should have been doing consistently up until this point.
My arms are still nice and tones as well as the rest of my body but I’ve lost what little bulk I had so I really look young.
Yet something else to add to the 24 hours that I’m given per day.
This is what I’m trying to surpass (taken two years ago):
