To be completely honest with you I’m tired of looking at the videos and ready to move onto the next one which will feature a young lady that does hair in Smyrna, Georgia (north of downtown Atlanta).
From now on all the videos that I shoot will be in 720p which is the second highest resolution that is available for televisions.
What this means is that colors will be much more brighter, the picture will be a lot sharper and it will create a much better experience for the people watching the videos.
I picked up a Sony CyberShot camera that takes 1080p pictures and 720p videos.
I’ve taken a few videos and so far I have no complaints.
The sound is much better than my previous Sony Cybershot and the device is also a lot smaller than my previous device.
The only issue that I’ve run into so far is the fact that my one gig card gets used fairly quickly when I take videos at the 720p resolution which is to be expected.
With that said I took a video that is below, hopefully you will see the difference between my previous videos and this one, if not I’ve still got a new toy to play with!
I say that I’m done but knowing me I will look at this damn thing again and I decide to change something else.
I’m aware that on my next video I have to remove the gum from my mouth (thanks mom) and avoid the phrase “uh huh”.
Now that I’ve shot, produced, edited and distributed my first vision for the uRulax Heat Deflector Shield I have a little more to go on.
Not only do I have more to go on but I also have a working model that I can show stylist and customers in order for them to see what it is that I’m trying to say.
First thing that has to go on the new video is the gum chewing which is something that I normally don’t do but I was a bit nervous and I needed something to chew on.
Now that I look at the video again I see a section where I could possibly stretch the screen due to me having to crop something out.
If I get my new toy this weekend I won’t edit anything else on this video but if I don’t then I’m going to do this video AGAIN.
I also just noticed where the urulax.com text is not on the video properly even though it is only off for a split second.
I’ve also got to make sure that the background is perfect because it is very hard to edit out.
At this point I feel as though I’ve done a fairly decent job at getting the message out there to a specific demographic.
I’ve got to vary up the people in order to convey that this product works for everyone but at least I can say that I’ve gotten the first step completed.
About a month ago I had a conversation with someone that told me that some of my plans for my daughter were very similar to a pimp.
I naturally got defensive about her stance but after allowing her to explain where she was coming from I eventually agreed.
Lately all I’ve been doing is telling myself that I would rather pimp my daughter instead of allowing corporations to pimp, exploit and neglect.
My mother has worked for an organization longer than I’ve been alive and she still has issues.
I’ve been with a company for a little less than a decade and I’ve got stories so why would I allow my daughter to experience anything near what I’ve gone through?
I can’t think of one reason why I shouldn’t teach this little girl everything that I know about the world, starting at age six.
I can’t protect her from the world forever so I might as well prepare her for it.
I’ve already told her about Santa Clause, the Easter Bunny and the tooth fairy.
The next step is for her to get a job, she is grown now.
