It is nice to be reminded.
Today I got a reminder that why I’m not built to work for Corporate America.
The last time that I got a reality check from Corporate America was before I decided to relocate to Atlanta.
The situation was different and at that time it almost felt as though my hand were being forced however it turned out to be a good thing (so far).
This time around I ran across something that I understood fully however accepting the reality of the situation and the audacity of the people involved is laughable.
I’m not going to speak about the specifics of what it is that I found out but trust me when I say that Corporate America does not care about the “little guys” well being.
Today was just a reminder that as long as I work for a corporation that I will be nothing more than a liability that can be terminated on a whim by a bunch of stuffy suits in a room that have no real clue how day to day operations work.
