143 bodies of water
Well folks I’m almost settled in my new home.
It took about sixteen hours, 143 bodies of water (lakes, rivers, streams & ponds), about 300 dollars in gas (bullshit), a series of mountains and about two hours worth of tornado producing storms.
The drive wasn’t as bad as I thought that it would be.
Going through Arkansas was extremely peaceful and awe inspiring.
Tennessee was nice as well but I really wasn’t too fond of having to drive through mountains, especially considering the fact that I was hauling a car.
The weather was also pretty bad in Tennessee and I missed a tornado that happened to touch down (on the path that I was taking) by just a few hours.
Once I hit Georgia I heard my little homey Jarvis’ song, Pretty Girl featuring Ludacris playing on the radio.
It’s always nice to hear a familiar voice in a strange location, especially when that familiar voice is doing what he intended to do when he moved here.
There are more things that I need to get off my chest but as of right now it’s time for me to retire.
