How much or your time do you spend on FW:
It seems no matter how many times I tell people that “I hate forwarded email” the worse my forwarded emails get.
People call me and start off by saying, “I know you don’t like forwards but, I sent you something in the mail.”
That sentence drives me crazy but people continue to do it!
The question that I have for the people that read and forward this shit, how much of your time are you wasting?
Let’s say that you get 10 forwards per day.
For the amount of time that it takes you to read and open the email, 3 minutes.
The amount of time that it takes you to decide which of your innocent victims friends you will forward the message to takes 2 minutes.
That’s 60 minutes per day reading something that you’ve already read before and sending it to “at least 20 people.”
Granted most of this probably happens at work but just think what you could do with another 60 minutes?
You want to know what the best Christmas gift for me would be?
To find a way to get 28 hours out of a day to do additional work.
It might sound crazy to want four additional hours for work but that’s what I want for Christmas.
I just told you what I would do if I could have an additional hour to work so I would like to know what you would do with an additional hour of work?
What goal have you been putting off because there just isn’t enough time?
