Not taking advantage of an idea.
A few years ago a few of my friends and I were playing Halo on my Xbox on the internet against some people on the other side of the world.
We got destroyed and booted out of the game which made me upset but also gave me a great idea.
The idea was to be able to create a service for online video game gambling which has endless possibilities.
I didn’t know exactly how to start the idea but I knew it was an idea that if I didn’t complete someone else would.
The time has come and someone has acted on the idea that I was given because I didn’t jump on it when I was given the opportunity.
The fact that I can now view my idea online hurts but its a valuable lesson to me.
Just because I’m given an idea doesn’t mean that it’s mine.
I won’t allow this to happen again.
