As I get older staying healthy has become a very serious issue to me so for the past two and a half years I’ve been trying my best to get into the best shape possible.
I’ve always been a skinny person so the main goal for me (besides staying healthy) is to put on weight.
So far as good with that, I’ve actually put on 33 pounds in the last two years with the majority of the weight being muscle.
